How do you keep breast milk cold at Disneyland?

My first suggestion is to bring some zipped bags with you for your vacation and fill them with ice that is available at your resort. You can refill them with complimentary cups of ice from Quick-Service locations in the theme parks (just let them know why you need the ice and I'm sure they will be happy to help!)

Keeping breast milk cold at Disneyland is very manageable thanks to the park's excellent guest services. The most reliable method is to utilize the Baby Care Centers located in both Disneyland Park (at the end of Main Street) and California Adventure (near Ghirardelli). These centers are staffed and provide private nursing rooms, changing tables, and, most importantly, refrigerators where you can store milk and snacks for the day. Be sure to label your bags or bottles clearly. If you prefer to keep the milk with you, you are permitted to bring a small, soft-sided cooler into the park. According to Disney's rules, you cannot bring "loose ice," so you must use reusable ice packs or "frozen water bottles" to keep the contents cold. If your ice packs melt, you can go to any "Quick Service" food location and ask for a free cup of ice to place in a Ziploc bag inside your cooler. Additionally, the first aid stations can sometimes assist with storage if you have specific medical requirements. By using the Baby Care Center as your "home base," you can ensure the milk stays at a safe temperature while you enjoy the attractions with your family.

Small freezer packs fit well and keep the milk at the appropriate temperature throughout the day. You might also take a few plastic snack or sandwich size storage bags with you. If you find yourself in the theme parks for extended hours, you can fill the bags with ice to keep the milk cool.
