How do you not get tired at Disney?

You just need to build some downtime in. People like to do downtime different ways. There are lots of fans of getting to the park at opening, and then heading back to the resort for lunch and a swim and a nap, followed by heading back out to the parks to enjoy the low crowds of the evening.

Tips to Save Your Feet at Disney Bring a pencil (regular, wooden #2) in your luggage, or purchase one at a gift shop (one with ridges is even better). In your hotel room after a long day at the parks, place the pencil under each foot and roll it back and forth. It is simple but is a great help to your feet.
