How do you park hop from Animal Kingdom to Hollywood Studios?

It is important to note that currently when park hopping, you are not allowed to visit a second park until after 2 pm. I recommend taking a Disney bus from Animal Kingdom to Hollywood Studios, which you can start boarding at 1:30 pm. Disney buses are located right outside the park entrance.

For park hopping between Disney's Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios in 2026, the most direct free method is the Disney Bus Transportation. Buses specifically for park-to-park travel usually begin running around 10:00 AM, though you must have a Park Hopper ticket and typically wait until after 2:00 PM to enter your second park (unless current 2026 rules have been further relaxed). The bus stop is located at the front of Animal Kingdom and drops you right at the gate of Hollywood Studios; the ride takes about 15–20 minutes, but you should budget 45 minutes total for wait times. There is no Monorail or Skyliner connection between these two specific parks. For a faster "pro" move, a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or a Disney Minnie Van costs about $15–$45 but can save you significant time during the midday rush, taking you "door-to-door" in under 15 minutes.
