How do you select arrival time on medallion app?

In the Medallion App click on Personal Information and Documents, toward the bottom of that page you will see “arrivals” click on that and you will be able to select arrival time ( or you can just show up when convenient).

To select your arrival time on the Princess Cruises MedallionClass app, you must first complete the initial "OceanReady" steps, which include uploading your passport and security photo. Once your profile is "Green Lane" or "Blue Lane" ready, navigate to the "Arrival & Departure" section within the app's travel checklist. Here, you will find a list of available "Arrival Groups" or time slots (e.g., 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM). You simply tap on your preferred window to reserve it. This system is designed to stagger the flow of thousands of passengers, preventing congestion at the terminal. It is important to select this as early as possible after booking, as the most popular early slots fill up quickly. Once selected, your arrival time will be reflected on your digital boarding pass, ensuring a seamless "curbside to poolside" experience when you reach the port.
