How do you stay hydrated at Disneyland?

Bringing your own insulated water bottle to refill during the day is a good option, but you can also get free cups of water from quick service restaurants in both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Simply walk up to any quick service restaurant and ask for a cup of ice water.

How it works: Once purchased, the mug can be refilled at no cost at your resort's Quick Service location, or at other designated refill stations around the resort. The standard stations have a choice of 6-8 beverages and usually include at least one non-carbonated option such as Powerade.
