How do you use a Mandalay Bay pool?

The only way you can use the Mandalay Bay pool is if you are 1.) a guest of Mandalay Bay, Delano, or Four Seasons 2.) Pay for a cabana (which will cost far more than a room at MB). or 3.) the hotel you are staying at is having work done on the pool, in which case they might let you use another pool.

Using the world-famous Mandalay Bay Beach in Las Vegas requires you to be a registered guest at Mandalay Bay, Delano, or Four Seasons Las Vegas. In 2026, you access the 11-acre pool complex by scanning your digital room key via the hotel app or using a physical key card at the main entrance. The complex features a massive wave pool, a lazy river, and three heated pools. To secure a prime spot, it is highly recommended to arrive right at opening (usually 9:00 AM), as lounge chairs are "first-come, first-served." If you want a guaranteed spot, you can rent a cabana or a daybed in advance, which includes personalized service and shaded seating. Non-guests can occasionally gain access by renting a high-value cabana or by attending a scheduled "Beach Concert" during the summer season. Remember to bring your own sunscreen, as prices at the poolside shop are significantly marked up. The "Lazy River" is a fan favorite, but note that inner tubes are not provided for free; you must either bring your own (under a certain size) or purchase one at the complex.
