How does acceptance rate affect Lyft drivers?

Declined requests still count toward your total ride requests for your acceptance rate. If a passenger cancels a ride request, your acceptance rate won't change. Lyft uses acceptance rates to determine eligibility for certain features, except in California. You can view your acceptance rate in your Driver Dashboard.
