How does autopay work on ULEZ?

Pay Congestion Charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and Low Emission Zone (LEZ) charges automatically each month. Auto Pay records the number of charging days a vehicle travels in the Congestion Charge zone and, if your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, the ULEZ and LEZ. It bills users each month.
