How does Caesars 10X tier credits work?

Members will receive a 10X Tier Credit Multiplier by using their Caesars Rewards card to play and earn at least one (1) Tier Credit. Multiplier on earned Tier Credits only. Participants can earn up to 4,000 Tier Credits to receive a bonus of 36,000 Tier Credits for a total of 40,000 Tier Credit bonus.
