How does delivery on DiDi work?

It works just like your usual DiDi ride. Enter your parcel pickup and drop-off address for an instant estimate of the delivery fare, tap confirm, get your parcel picked up for delivery and pay in the app once it's been delivered.

DiDi Delivery operates as a multi-modal logistics platform that connects independent couriers with local merchants and customers. Similar to other major apps, the process begins when a store or restaurant posts an order; nearby couriers receive a "ping" on their DiDi Driver app with the estimated earnings and route. In 2026, DiDi has integrated Smart Navigation that plans the most efficient multi-stop routes and combines orders to maximize courier income. Customers can choose between "DiDi Food" for restaurant meals or "DiDi Entrega" for sending small parcels and documents across the city. The app features a 1-click feedback system for handling delivery problems and offers "Fast Cash Out" options for couriers to access their earnings daily. Depending on the country (such as Mexico, Egypt, or Australia), couriers may deliver via car, motorcycle, or bicycle, with real-time GPS tracking available to the customer throughout the journey.
