How does the drop off at Heathrow work?

We use automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) cameras to record vehicle movements. There are no barriers; you incur a charge when you enter the drop-off zone. We issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicle owners who do not pay their Terminal Drop-Off Charge.
