How early can you check-in for Disney room?

You can check-in anytime. If your room isn't ready, they will hold your bags and off you can go. They will give you a phone number to call to check and see if and when your room is ready. When you get back to the Resort you can go straight to your room and your bags will be there, just like magic !

You can check in as soon as you arrive at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel - no need to request an earlier time. The official 3 p.m. check-in time is actually when you should expect your room to be ready for you, but it doesn't affect when you may begin the process.

Even if check-in time isn't “officially” until 3 or 4 pm, you can still go ahead and check-in before then. Your room may not be ready – but you'll be “officially” checked-in and Disney will (barring any glitches) text you your room number when it is ready to be occupied.
