How early do the Disney buses run?

A: Our complimentary Resort transportation?including buses, monorails and boats?generally operate from 45 minutes before a theme park's opening time until one hour after a theme park's closing time.

In 2026, the complimentary Walt Disney World bus service is designed to get guests to the theme parks well before the gates open. Typically, buses begin running 45 minutes before a park's scheduled opening time, including Early Theme Park Entry for resort guests. This means if a park opens at 9:00 AM, the first buses will likely depart your resort around 8:15 AM. Service continues throughout the day and into the night, officially ending one hour after the park closes. For Disney Springs, bus service generally aligns with its operating hours and also concludes one hour after closing. It is important to note that these times can shift slightly depending on special events or seasonal crowds, so checking the "Bus Times" feature in the My Disney Experience app on the morning of your visit is the best way to ensure you catch the very first ride of the day.
