Since Disney transitioned to the Lightning Lane Multi Pass system, the "sell-out" dynamic has shifted. For guests staying at Disney Resort hotels who can book 7 days in advance, morning arrival windows (between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM) often disappear within the first few minutes of the booking window opening at 7:00 AM Eastern Time. For off-site guests booking 3 days out, the attraction can frequently show "at capacity" for the entire day before their window even opens. While it does not "disappear" quite as instantly as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, it is typically the first or second Multi Pass selection to be fully booked at EPCOT. If you are unable to snag a Lightning Lane, the standby queue often peaks between 70 and 100 minutes mid-day, so using the "Early Entry" perk for resort guests is the best way to ride without a long wait or a paid pass.

While there is no limit to Lightning Lanes, there is a limit to Individual Lightning Lanes. You can book up to two Individual Lightning Lanes per day.
