How hard is it to get Delta Silver Medallion?

Silver Medallion status is earned by flying 25,000 Medallion Qualifying Miles, or 30 Medallion Qualifying Segments, and either $3,000 Medallion Qualifying Dollars (MQD) or spending $25,000 on an eligible co-branded credit card to receive an MQD waiver.
