How long are you allowed to stay in Winter Wonderland? The reasoning behind this, is crowd control. But you can stay as long as you like, so the crowd control argument does not make that much sense because it will be busy regardless.


Can you leave and come back to Winter Wonderland?

You may only leave and then re-enter the Site during the Event at the discretion of PWR Events or the Site. Otherwise, there shall be no re-admissions or pass-outs of any kind.

If you arrive outside of your booked entrance slot, you are not guaranteed entry.


Does Winter Wonderland sell out?

Tickets sell out especially at weekends and evenings so we recommend that you book ahead. Please note that tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. See Ticketing and Concessions (below) for further details. We strongly advise arriving at Winter Wonderland 30 minutes prior to your booked attraction.

Does Hyde Park shut at night?

During daylight, the two parks merge seamlessly into each other, but Kensington Gardens closes at dusk, and Hyde Park remains open throughout the year from 5 a.m. until midnight.
