How long does it take to get to the top of the Empire State Building?

We recommend visiting during our off-peak times, around 8 a.m. when we open and after 10 p.m. in the evening. If you come during these times, and it's not a peak season (Easter time/Spring Break, Summer months and the Winter holidays), it should take you about 30 - 45 minutes to get to the top.
