Depending on the line, passport control can take 15 -20 mins, but once you get to the window, they simply examine it and wave you on. Collecting luggage can be a nightmare. It took 1 1/2 hours of waiting for our last trip! But then sometimes I have had it come out in under 1/2 hour.
