How long does the gondola take from Pop Century to Hollywood Studios?

The ride from Pop Century to Disney's Hollywood Studios is about 15 minutes in total, with a quick transfer at the Skyliner station at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.

Traveling via the Disney Skyliner from Disney's Pop Century Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios is a two-part journey that typically takes about 12 to 15 minutes of actual "in-air" time. First, you board at the shared Pop Century/Art of Animation station and glide over Hourglass Lake to the Caribbean Beach Resort hub, which takes approximately 4–5 minutes. Once you arrive at the hub, you must disembark and transfer to the Hollywood Studios line. The second leg of the trip from the hub to the Studios entrance takes another 5–6 minutes. It is important to account for "transfer time" and potential lines at the Caribbean Beach hub, especially during the "morning rush" (60–90 minutes before park opening) when wait times can add an extra 10–20 minutes to your total commute. The Skyliner is widely considered the most efficient way to reach Hollywood Studios from Pop Century, far outperforming the bus system in both speed and scenery. However, be aware that the system closes during high winds or lightning, in which case Disney provides alternative bus transportation to the park.
