How long is a lap around EPCOT?

EPCOT: A full lap around World Showcase = 1.2 miles. Take the walk once during the day and then at night to see the world in a different light!

A single lap around the World Showcase Lagoon at EPCOT is approximately 1.2 miles (1.9 kilometers). This route takes you past all 11 international pavilions, starting at the transition from World Celebration and looping around to Canada or Mexico. If you were to walk the entire perimeter of the park, including the "Future World" areas (now World Discovery, Celebration, and Nature), the distance increases to roughly 2.1 miles. In 2026, with the completed renovations of the park’s central hub, the walking paths are more streamlined, but the sheer size of EPCOT still makes it the most "walking-intensive" park at Disney World. Most guests find they walk between 8 to 12 miles during a full day at the park when accounting for zig-zagging between attractions and exploring the deep interiors of pavilions like Morocco or Japan. If you are planning a "Drinking Around the World" or "Snacking Around the World" tour, that 1.2-mile lagoon lap is the minimum distance you will cover.
