How long is the Wynn Buffet Max?

Each buffet experience includes up to two hours of limitless indulgence from our 120 different savory dishes as well as an array of irresistible desserts.

As of 2026, The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas enforces a strict two-hour time limit for all guests. This "max time" applies to both the Gourmet Brunch and the Seafood Dinner sessions. The clock officially starts the moment your party is seated at the table. While two hours is generally more than enough time to explore the 16 live-action cooking stations and the massive dessert "carousel," the staff is quite diligent about the limit during peak Friday-through-Sunday periods to ensure they can accommodate guests with reservations. If you have purchased the "Endless Pour" package (which includes unlimited mimosas, beer, and wine), that package also carries the same two-hour maximum. In 2026, the Wynn Buffet continues to be a "reservation-recommended" venue; if you arrive without one, your wait time might be long, but once seated, you still get the full 120 minutes of dining. The only "exception" to the rush is during the very slow mid-week afternoon hours, where servers might be more relaxed about the limit if the dining room is not at capacity, though this is never a guarantee.

Buffet actually describes the style of service, not the quantity of food you can have. There are lots of different ways that buffets work. Some buffets allow you one visit, some allow unlimited, some have one price for the salad bar alone, and a higher one if you also want the hot items or specialty items.
