Walking around Epcot is a significant physical undertaking, as it is one of the largest parks at Disney World. A single loop around the World Showcase Lagoon (from Mexico to Canada) is approximately 1.2 miles (1.9 km). However, if you include the walk from the main entrance through the "World Celebration" and "World Nature" areas to reach the lagoon, a full lap is roughly 2.1 to 2.5 miles. Most guests in 2026 find that they walk between 8 and 12 miles in a single day at Epcot, as they weave in and out of the 11 international pavilions and backtrack for dining reservations or "Lightning Lane" slots. To put it in perspective, a full day at Epcot is roughly equivalent to walking a half-marathon. Comfortable, broken-in shoes are arguably the most important piece of "gear" for anyone planning to conquer the "World Showcase" on foot.

Its about a 15 minute walk from the Epcot parking lot to bag check and then the gates. For AK and HS,it is more like 10 minutes. For the MK,we get there early and park up front;then take the ferry from the parking lot to the gate. That takes about 20-30 minutes and is really thrilling.

Epcot is a lot more relaxed, theres a few good rides but there is the world showcase for you to explore there is also fireworks every night . I would go for HS but it would be very close. If Pixar is important definitely Hollywood Studios.
