How long should you spend at the Central Park Zoo?

This is a really nice zoo in Central Park! It's on the smaller side, but there are some really neat animals including snow leopards and red pandas. Being a solo adult traveler I finished the zoo in around an hour, but took some time just to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
