How long should you spend on the Aran Islands?

There is an Aran Island and Cliffs of Moher tour that leaves from Galway City where you are able to spend four and a half hours visiting Inishmore and then see the Cliffs of Moher via boat on the way back. March through October you can also depart from Doolin in County Clare, which is near the Cliffs of Moher.
