How long will Epcot forever run?

The Disney Parks calendar currently displays that the EPCOT Forever fireworks show is scheduled to run through November 23, 2023. However, that is because the Disney Parks calendar currently only runs through that date. It doesn't necessarily mean that is the last date for the show.

As of early 2026, EPCOT Forever has been retired as a nightly show, having served its purpose as an "interim" spectacle during the park's massive multi-year transformation. It was officially replaced by the permanent nighttime spectacular, Luminous: The Symphony of Us, which debuted in late 2023. While Disney occasionally brings back EPCOT Forever for short "limited-time" runs or during technical refurbishments of the main show's hardware, it is no longer the standard offering. If you are visiting in 2026, you can expect to see Luminous, which features a series of massive floating fountains, lights, and pyrotechnics set to an original score and Disney classics, celebrating the universal bonds of humanity. Always check the "Entertainment" section of the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit, as showtimes and specific offerings can change due to weather or special events like the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which runs from March 4 through June 1, 2026.
