How many airlines are in Oneworld?

The Oneworld Alliance was launched in 1999 by founding members American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, and Qantas. The alliance now includes 13 member airlines and Oneworld Connect partner Fiji Airways.

As of February 2026, the oneworld alliance consists of 15 full-member airlines. The current lineup includes Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Jordanian, and SriLankan Airlines. Recent additions that have strengthened the alliance include Fiji Airways, which transitioned from a "Connect" partner to a full member in early 2025, and Oman Air, which officially joined in mid-2025. Furthermore, Hawaiian Airlines is currently in the process of integration following its acquisition by Alaska Airlines, with full membership expected later in 2026. Note that S7 Airlines remains suspended from the alliance as of 2026 due to geopolitical factors. Collectively, these 15 carriers operate over 3,300 aircraft and serve more than 1,000 destinations worldwide, offering seamless frequent flyer benefits like "Emerald" and "Sapphire" status across one of the industry's most premium global networks.
