How many Avios can I convert to Nectar?

You can convert up to a maximum of 50,000 Avios or 80,000 Nectar points per calendar month. What are the maximum number of points I can exchange automatically? We'll automatically convert up to a maximum of 25,000 Avios or 40,000 Nectar points per quarter in a calendar year.
