Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas features three primary beaches accessible to its guests, totaling over five miles of pristine white sand. The main beach is Atlantis Beach, located directly in front of The Royal and The Coral towers; it is the most central and bustling spot. Cove Beach is a more exclusive, tranquil area located at the base of The Cove Atlantis, offering a quieter atmosphere and high-end daybeds. Finally, Paradise Lagoon Beach is a protected, 7-acre saltwater lagoon that is ideal for snorkeling and paddleboarding, as it is shielded from the ocean's waves, making it perfect for families with small children. In 2026, the resort also provides access to sections of the famous Cabbage Beach, which borders the property and is known for its dramatic turquoise waters. While the resort is famous for its "Aquaventure" water park, the variety of its beaches allows guests to choose between the high-energy Atlantic surf or the calm, family-friendly waters of the lagoon.
