How many cars can park at Disney World?

From there, you can take a boat or monorail to the Magic Kingdom entrance. More than 12,000 cars can park in the Magic Kingdom's sprawling parking lot, which is larger than the theme park itself at 125 acres.

Walt Disney World Resort possesses one of the largest private parking infrastructures in the world, with a combined capacity that can accommodate over 25,000 to 30,000 vehicles across its four main theme parks and numerous resorts. The Magic Kingdom (TTC) parking lot alone is a massive 125-acre facility with enough space for approximately 12,000 cars, while the EPCOT lot adds another 11,000 spaces. Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom each contribute several thousand more. When you include the expansive parking garages at Disney Springs (Orange, Lime, Grapefruit, and Watermelon lots) and the parking available at over 25 on-site resorts, the total number of parking spaces is staggering. In 2026, Disney utilizes a "Car Locator" feature in the My Disney Experience app to help guests navigate these sea of cars. Despite this massive capacity, these lots can reach "peak capacity" during major holidays like Christmas or the 4th of July, occasionally leading to temporary closures or redirected traffic to overflow areas.
