How many guest passes do Disney cast members get?

If the Employee has more than three (3) eligible dependents, the Employee may be permitted to admit more than three (3) Guests at a time. Please note that Guests under the age of three (3) do not require an admission ticket to enter a Disney Theme Park.

Cast Member Theme Park Tickets Disney Employees who have worked at Disney less than 15 years will receive a Blue Main Gate Pass and can use the pass 16 times a year. If a Cast Member has over 15 years, they receive a Silver Main Gate Pass.
