Each year, 8,000 students come to Disney World to work as six-month college interns in one of the largest internship programs in the country. The interns make up a significant portion of Disney World's 55,000-person work force.

Every Disney College Program intern must have full availability for work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Participants can expect to work 30-50 hours a week. During peak season, Disney may expect their interns to work more than 50 hours a week.

Participants are responsible for the housing cost for their apartment each week (Sunday – Saturday) that they are on the program. Please review your signed payroll deduction request form for the weekly rate of your apartment.
