How many passes do Disney cast members get?

Disney Employees who have worked at Disney less than 15 years will receive a Blue Main Gate Pass and can use the pass 16 times a year. If a Cast Member has over 15 years, they receive a Silver Main Gate Pass. With this pass, there is no limit on how many times you can get friends and family into the park.

In 2026, the specific number of "Main Entrance Passes" a Disney Cast Member receives depends on their employment status and tenure. Generally, most regular full-time and part-time Cast Members receive a Main Entrance Pass that allows them to bring in up to three guests for free, for a total of 16 to 20 "pass days" per year (though this can fluctuate based on corporate policy). Some senior roles or long-tenured employees may receive a "Silver" or "Gold" pass with higher guest limits or fewer "blockout dates." In addition to guest passes, Cast Members themselves usually receive unlimited complimentary admission to the theme parks (subject to blockout dates and the requirement to make a park reservation). During the holiday season, Disney often provides "Holiday Guest Coupons," which are extra one-day tickets for friends and family. It's important to note that these passes are strictly for personal use; selling them is a fireable offense. Furthermore, in 2026, even Cast Members must use the "My Disney Experience" app to check blockout calendars, as many popular days—like the opening week of a new attraction—are restricted to ensure there is enough capacity for paying guests.
