Earning Status With British AirwaysThe following requirements are needed to obtain elite status: Bronze: 300 Tier Points and two eligible flights. Silver: 600 Tier Points and four eligible flights. Gold: 1,500 Tier Points and four eligible flights.

Domestic flights on Silver AirwaysIt basically just guarantees you'll be on the plane and you'll get a seat assigned at check in, or you can select one yourself when checking in online. As a Bronze card holder, you are unfortunately not entitled to access to any of the British Airways lounges unless you are flying on a business or First Class ticket.
