How many rooms can a Hyatt employee book?

My girlfriend got a job as Front Desk with a Hyatt Regency last year. I know that she's able to use her colleague rate at any hotel an unlimited amount of times per year. But I keep seeing that Hyatt employees are eligible for up to 12 free stays a year.
