How many studios does Riviera Resort have?

Studios are one-room units that accommodate up to five people. There are 186 Studios at Riviera. The unit's sleeping area has a single queen bed, a queen-size pull-down bed, and a single pull-down bed.

Disney's Riviera Resort features a total of 210 dedicated studio-style units. This number is split between two distinct categories: 186 Deluxe Studios and 24 Tower Studios. The Deluxe Studios are the standard offering, sleeping up to five guests with a queen bed, a pull-down queen bed, and a single pull-down bunk. The Tower Studios are a unique, smaller concept exclusive to the Riviera, designed specifically for two guests with a pull-down queen bed that reveals a seating area when not in use. Additionally, there are 148 "Lock-off" Two-Bedroom Villas, which are essentially a Deluxe Studio connected to a One-Bedroom Villa; if these are booked as studios, the total number of available studio spaces can technically increase. In 2026, the Riviera remains one of the most popular DVC resorts due to its "Preferred" views of the Skyliner and EPCOT fireworks, making these 210 units some of the most sought-after bookings in the Disney Vacation Club system.
