I checked directly with Merchandise Guest Services about your issue and was told that it is not possible to have just one ear repaired. The only option would be to replace the entire Ear Hat with a new one. If you're within the standard 30-day return window, that replacement would likely be made at no charge to you.

Overall, the classic and sequined ears were TOTALLY wearable. We wouldn't consider comfort an issue — even when spending a whole day in the theme parks. Those balloon ears can definitely feel a little wonky, but if you love them, you might be able to live with it.
