What hourly rate do Nanny-Land Nannies cost? Our Nannies hourly wage varies in each location. Our Gold Crown Nannies (who have Annual Passes & therefore can enter the Parks for free) are $45/hr. Our Silver Crown Nannies (who do not have Annual Passes & primarily help in the Resorts/Hotels) start at $35/hr.
