How much does Disney Lightning Lane cost?

For a per-attraction, per-person fee, schedule a return time to use the faster Lighting Lane queue at the one or two top attractions in each park excluded from Genie+. The alternative is waiting in a slower line. How much does it cost? The daily cost ranges from $20 to $29 per person (tax additional).
