How much does it cost for a couple to join the National Trust?

Joint Membership National Trust As long as you both live at the same address, you can both get a membership for a slightly cheaper price than two individual memberships. The joint membership is priced at £127.20 a year or £10.60 a month for 12 months. Again, monthly payments are not available on a gift membership.
