As of 2026, American Express does not sell traditional "day passes" to the general public for its Centurion Lounges. Access is a reserved perk for high-tier cardholders, such as those with the Platinum Card or the Centurion (Black) Card. However, guest policies have become more rigid: if you are a Platinum cardholder who has not met the $75,000 annual spend requirement for complimentary guests, you must pay a fee of $50 per adult guest and $30 for children (ages 2–17) per visit. Effective July 2026, new rules require all guests to be traveling on the same flight as the primary cardholder. Delta SkyMiles Reserve members also have access when flying Delta, but they must pay the same $50 guest fee for up to two companions. Because these lounges are designed for exclusivity and to manage overcrowding, they remain inaccessible to anyone without an eligible American Express premium credit card.
