You can definitely purchase tickets for EPCOT after 4 pm if there is Park Reservation Availability. However, there are no afternoon discounted tickets. It is the same price for everyone whether you arrive at Park Opening or at 4 pm.
The Disney After Hours at EPCOT event takes place from 10.00pm to 1.00am. You can get a head start on the fun by entering EPCOT at 7.00pm. You do not need a Disney park reservation or additional ticket to enter EPCOT after 7.00pm.
The two sections of the park are very different in atmosphere and offerings, so it is like you're visiting two parks in one. Even with so much to see, Epcot can easily be visited during a single day.
As a general rule of thumb the best day of the week to visit EPCOT typically tends to be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We would recommend visiting on a Wednesday during the festivals mentioned above.
Epcot attracts Disney Resort hotel guests on Mondays. As such, we're left with Tuesday and Wednesday, the quietest days throughout the year, and during festivals such as the Epcot International Festival Of the Arts and Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.
A ticket is required to enter any of the Parks, even if you are just visiting a restaurant. If you have a Park Hopper ticket, it is easy to spend the day in one Park, then switch to Epcot for dinner. However, if you purchase Base Tickets, then you'll need to plan your Advanced Dining Reservations accordingly.
A: Walt Disney World Resort does not offer senior citizen discounts on tickets, Disney Resort hotels or vacation packages. However, you may wish to check with any senior citizen organizations that you belong to, as special offers may be available through those groups.
A: Yes. All Guests have complimentary access to our network of monorails, buses and boats. If you would like to visit multiple parks, enjoy a nice dinner at one of the Disney Resort hotels or shop at Disney Springs, you can leave your car parked in the theme park lot and use our transportation network.
Can you leave a Disney Park and Reenter? Whether you purchased a Park Hopper ticket, single-day ticket, or multi-day ticket to Disneyland or a Disney World Park, you can always leave a Park and reenter.
We recommend arriving at Epcot 30 minutes before you're allowed in the park. That's an hour before the scheduled open if you have Early Entry or 30 minutes before scheduled entry if you don't have Early Entry.
EPCOT is arguably the least family-friendly park at Walt Disney World, so you may not need more than a few hours to do everything of interest if you have small children. With that said, a full day at EPCOT is highly recommended for first-timers.
Bypass all of that excitement, and you'll notice a green awning with the number 30 written upon it. This used to be the queue for a Winne and Tigger meet-and-greet. Enter the attached gift shop and you'll see a quaint stained-glass door to your left: the exit for said meet-and-greet.
Ideally these are two of Test Track, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, and Frozen Ever After, by far the three most popular rides in the park. Soarin' is the next highest priority after these, so if you can do two of these and Soarin' to start your day, you're in fantastic shape.
If you are able to walk past all of the tempting pavilions, (what willpower!) your trip around World Showcase is about 1.3 miles. Sooo, considering the fact that you may have strollers and other obstacles in your way, I would allow 30 minutes just to be safe.
Epcot has a total of 20 rides and shows:Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. Frozen Ever After. Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
