Viewing the HSBC Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore is completely free of charge. As the world’s tallest indoor waterfall (40 meters high), it is located in the public heart of the Jewel complex, meaning you do not need an airline ticket or a paid pass to see it. It is surrounded by the Shiseido Forest Valley, which is also free to explore. However, if you want a premium view from the Canopy Bridge (which has a glass floor and is positioned directly in front of the waterfall), there is a ticket fee of approximately S8toS13 (approx. $6–$10 USD). The waterfall operates daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with free light and sound shows occurring at various intervals during the evening (usually at 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM). While the main attraction is free, most other activities in the surrounding Canopy Park—such as the Mirror Maze, Bouncing Nets, and Discovery Slides—require a paid "Attraction Pass" to enter.
