Does Cabana Bay Beach Resort have Free Breakfast? None of the Universal Orlando hotels offer free breakfast. This includes Cabana Bay Beach Resort. You can pick up breakfast at Starbucks or Bayliner Diner before heading off to the Universal Parks.
Laundry works the same at both Disney and Universal Studios. Every laundry room has 3 – 7 washers and dryers available for use. It costs $3 per machine, per load.
Bathrooms offer hair dryers and free toiletries. Phones and ironing boards are other standard amenities. Guests of Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort enjoy 2 outdoor pools, a lazy river, and a fitness center. If you drive, self parking is USD 18 per night, and there's also a free theme park shuttle.
Can you bring your own tubes from home for the... “Can you bring your own tubes from home for the lazy river, or do you have to buy them at Cabana Bay?” Yes, your own tubes. Bring them with you, at the resort they are a little pricey.
Yes you can bring your own tubes, you can also buy them from Cabana Bay, they dont make money on them, they just buy them at Wal Mart and the you pay that price.
The Cabana Bay refillable mug program is different (better) than the refillable mugs in the Universal theme parks. This resort refillable mug truly offers unlimited refills. We paid one price upfront for unlimited refills throughout our stay.
The Cabana Bay rooms don't have toasters. But they do have microwaves. We brought individual servings of cold cereal, breakfast bars, raisins, packages of oatmeal and cream of wheat to make our own breakfasts. The Bayliner Diner has milk, bagels and other pastries for purchase so you can flesh out the breakfast menu.
Most hotels offer a laundry service where you place your dirty clothes in a bag you can find in your in-room closet, fill out an attached card listing the items you need laundered and the additional services you require (such as dry cleaning or ironing), and leave the bag in the hall.
Some hotels offer complimentary use of their laundry facilities as part of their amenities, while others may charge a fee. It's important to check with the hotel beforehand to determine if there are any charges associated with using the machines. If there is a fee, it may be per load or based on the duration of use.
