Your TOLL BILL will show a Due Date and you must pay in full by the stated date. Failure to pay the TOLL BILL in full by that date will result in additional fees and may include Violation fees of $50 per unpaid toll transaction.

The registered owner will receive a violation notice in the mail (usually within two weeks). Each violation transaction is assessed a $57.50 penalty in addition to the toll amount due. If the registered owner has no previous violations, the penalties will be waived. This is a courtesy for first time violators only.

NY Thruway toll paymentsThe Berkshire Connector costs $1.03 (or $0.79 if you have an E-ZPass) to travel between the Massachusetts state line. The Grand Island Bridges cost $1.24 (or $0.95) to cross and the New Rochelle – $2.16 (or $1.66 for E-ZPass handlers). New York Thruway is all-cashless.
For those drivers without an E-ZPass, a picture of your car's license plate will be taken and a Tolls by Mail bill will be mailed to the registered owner's address. Please be sure to keep your car's records up-to-date with the DMV. If you received a Tolls by Mail bill, you can pay for it here.
