How much is the late fee for tolls in NY?

Your TOLL BILL will show a Due Date and you must pay in full by the stated date. Failure to pay the TOLL BILL in full by that date will result in additional fees and may include Violation fees of $50 per unpaid toll transaction.

The registered owner will receive a violation notice in the mail (usually within two weeks). Each violation transaction is assessed a $57.50 penalty in addition to the toll amount due.
