The park is geared for children between the ages of 2 - 12, however, it depends on how interested your child is with LEGO. If your child is looking for thrill rides, then our park may not be suitable for them.

Our Park was designed for our young families in mind. We do keep shorter hours, so that our youngest fans can enjoy a lovely day at the Park without the stress of late evening hours. Parents can also elect to have their child stay on a ride, so that parents can take turns riding with them if they have only one child.
LEGOLAND California is a fantastic destination for families with toddlers, as well as younger and older kids. The theme park offers a wide range of age-appropriate rides and attractions that cater to young children, while still providing plenty of fun for the entire family.

No, it's not nearly as crowded, which is one of the reasons we go there. We found the best time to go is during the week as opposed to weekends, so if you can manage a non-holiday Monday visit, you'll likely be thrilled at the lack of wait times. Helpful? WE found Legoland to be MUCH less crowded than Disney.
