How much time is needed for Epcot?

We spend more time at EPCOT than any other theme park at Walt Disney World, and would even recommend that some adults do 1.5 or even 2 days at EPCOT. Now that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure are both open, there's a lot more of substance to do in the park.
