As of 2026, the Eiffel Tower stands at a total height of 330 meters (1,083 feet). This measurement includes the various digital radio and television antennas at the very top. The "Iron Lady" actually grew in height in March 2022, when a new 6-meter (approx. 20-foot) digital radio antenna was airlifted to the summit by helicopter. Without the antennas, the iron structure itself stands about 300 meters tall. It is also interesting to note that the tower’s height can change slightly depending on the weather; due to thermal expansion, the iron can expand in the summer heat, causing the tower to grow by up to 15 centimeters (6 inches), and then shrink back down during the cold Parisian winters. Despite these minor fluctuations and the addition of modern technology at the peak, it remains the tallest structure in Paris and one of the most recognizable landmarks in the world.
