How to get Chelsea parking permit?

In order to apply for your Residential Parking Pass you can apply in person or via our Parking Pass Portal. If you are applying in person you may do so at The City Clerk's Office located at Room 209 in City Hall. You must be a resident of Chelsea. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle.
