How to get MQDs without flying?

You can earn MQDs with spend as follows:
  1. Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card: Earn $1 MQD per $10.
  2. Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business American Express Card: Earn $1 MQD per $10.
  3. Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card: Earn $1 MQD per $20.
