How to get reimbursed for TSA PreCheck with Chase Sapphire?

One benefit is reimbursement for a TSA PreCheck, Global Entry or NEXUS fee. Reimbursement would be issued in the form of a statement credit up to $100. To be eligible, you have to pay one of the TTP's application fees with your Sapphire Reserve card, and the benefit is available every four years.

To get reimbursed for the TSA PreCheck fee with a Chase Sapphire card, you must hold the Chase Sapphire Reserve®; the Chase Sapphire Preferred® does not offer this benefit. If you have the Reserve card, simply use it to pay the $78–$85 application fee at your in-person appointment or online. After the charge posts to your statement, Chase will automatically issue a statement credit for the full amount. This benefit is available once every four years. You do not need to "activate" the benefit beforehand, as the system identifies the specific merchant code from the TSA or Global Entry. Note that the credit also applies to Global Entry ($120) and NEXUS ($120); if you travel internationally, it is better to apply for Global Entry, as it includes TSA PreCheck, and the Reserve card will cover the higher fee just the same.
